Refund policy

At TinyDrifting, we stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or functional issue

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging

  • Proof of defect (photos or video) may be required

What Is Not Covered

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

Replacement Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days at: support@tinydrifting.com

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement

If the same model is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, or

  • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

Shipping

If the defect is confirmed, we will cover replacement shipping costs.
