At TinyDrifting, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

The item must have a manufacturing defect or functional issue

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging

Proof of defect (photos or video) may be required
What Is Not Covered
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Replacement Process

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement
If the same model is unavailable, we will offer:

A replacement of equal value, or
-
A refund (if replacement is not possible)
Shipping
If the defect is confirmed, we will cover replacement shipping costs.
